The Accessibility
for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) is a provincial law that applies to organizations
in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and to all types of employees,
including full-time, part-time, seasonal and contract workers. The goal is to make Ontario more accessible by establishing standards that identify, remove and
prevent barriers for people with disabilities. This course provides instruction on making the workplace accessible for all employees and customers.
